• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,620 – $2,760
• Weekend Rotation:
  Every 4th weekend (Saturday–Sunday)
• Holiday Coverage:
  Required
• On‑Call:
  Dependent on shift/service line (30‑minute response time; sleeping room available)

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Minimum 2–3 years of acute care experience; critical care/trauma at Level I or II preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
• Experience with OR scrub and circulate advantageous
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work night shift, weekends, holidays, and on‑call as required
• First‑time travel nurses welcome; travel nurse support provided

• Provide operational and clinical administrative support within the Nursing Administration unit
• Coordinate and oversee patient‑care activities to maintain high safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, resource nurses, and leadership
• Use EPIC EMR for accurate documentation, patient management, and care coordination
• Participate in trauma, transplant, and diverse surgical cases across pediatric and adult populations
• Support department operations, including orientation, training, and mentoring of new staff and travelers
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and Magnet‑quality standards
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations and fulfill on‑call responsibilities as assigned
