Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders, and ambulation;
Measure and document blood pressures, temperatures, pulse, respiration, intake and output, daily weights, and other patient data;
Document accurately in Electronic Medical Record systems;
Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes under supervision of RN;
Coordinate tests and treatments with and between departments to facilitate patient care
