As a Restorative Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, evaluating residents connected restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in the resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans and completing portions of MDS and other documentation.
Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
- Illinois RN or LPN license (unencumbered) and CPR certification.
- At least two (2) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Prior experience as a Restorative Nurse is required.
