Director Of Nursing (RN) | Skilled Nursing Facility
Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Director Of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Lead all nursing operations (RN/LPN/CNA teams)
- Ensure CMS, state, and federal compliance
- Oversee quality measures, infection control, and care planning
- Drive survey readiness and deficiency management
- Support staffing, retention, and performance management
- Partner with Administrator and leadership team
Requirements
- Active RN license required
- 3+ years leadership experience in SNF/LTC
- Prior DON or ADON experience strongly preferred
- Strong regulatory and survey knowledge
- Proven leadership and communication skills
