Crew Member, Retail

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Porter to help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked before the day begins. This role works overnights or early morning hours to ensure the store is spotless, equipment is ready, and deliveries are properly received and stored. This position is critical to setting the team up for a successful day.

What You'll Do:

* Deep clean the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.

* Sweep, mop, scrub floors, and take out trash.

* Clean and sanitize food prep surfaces and equipment.

* Receive and put away deliveries (food and supplies)

* Organize walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage.

* Rotate product using FIFO.

* Make sure the store is fully ready for the opening team.

What We're Looking For:

* Reliable and on time.

* Comfortable working independently

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs

* Detail oriented.
