Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader

Job Summary

Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader – responsible for leading sales teams across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics to drive store performance and deliver a guest‑obsessed experience.

Pay range: $64,000.00–$ (dependent on experience, market, education).

• Drive store sales and contribute to profitability.
• Create a guest‑obsessed culture and lead the team to prioritize the guest experience.
• Develop and execute schedules aligned with guest traffic and business needs.
• Plan and support merchandising, pricing, promotions, and visual presentation across departments.
• Manage back‑room processes, inventory, replenishment, and product availability.
• Recruit, develop, and coach hourly team members and team leaders.
• Lead training and development to build product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and ethical conduct policies.
• Address store needs such as emergency responses and regulatory visits.

• 4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business acumen with ability to analyze data and make decisions.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity, managing conflict, and leading teams.
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, financial and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and inventory management preferred.
• Experience leading and developing hourly team members and leaders.
