• As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
• You'll promote:
  High-Speed Internet, Xfinity Mobile, Home Security Solutions, Cable Television Services, Voice Services, Smart Home Products

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Build value around products and service packages
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Execute proven sales closing techniques
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
• Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
