We’re hiring for a Business Development Representative (Outside Sales) to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in Oak Lawn, IL.
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help local businesses solve their workforce challenges. Express has been a leading staffing company for over 40 years. We believe in servicing our clients well by helping them connect to top talent.
In this role, you'll:- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers
- Build long-term client relationships
- Present staffing and workforce solutions
- Partner with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service
- Grow existing accounts while expanding your territory
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings
- Staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required
Work Schedule:
Base Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 per year, plus commission based on your sales performance.
Office
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Proven experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
