Maintain control of children and vehicular traffic at crossing sites to ensure safe crossing.;
Direct actions of children at street intersections to ensure safe crossing.;
Record license numbers of vehicles disregarding traffic signals and report infractions to the police.;
Observe vehicles and pedestrians in the area of school crosswalks to report suspicious vehicles or activity.;
Report unsafe conditions to the field supervisor immediately, or whenever possible, but no later than the end of shift.
