Position OverviewThe position provides customer service to the public by supplying a variety of responsibilities and difficult clerical work in support of the Development Services department. Responsibilities include performing the more difficult and complex clerical duties including permits, parking passes, and vehicle stickers.

This is the advanced journey level class. Positions at this level are distinguished from the Customer Service Representative II by possession of the ICC certification. Employees at this level are required to be fully trained in all procedures related to assigned area of responsibility and cross‑trained as assigned with the other Customer Service Representative IIs in the Village.
