The founder, Daniel Andrade, is a State Farm agent whose family connection introduced him to the industry and led him to build his own agency. The agency is led by a graduate of UCLA and a proud husband and parent of two. The agency actively participates in community initiatives within the Oak Park School District.
Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
