- Package $24.00/hr.
- $36.00/hr. +/- DOQ [anticipated hiring range $24.00/hr. +/- DOQ]
The position provides customer service to the public by providing a variety of responsible and difficult clerical work in support of the Development Services department; and to perform the more difficult and complex clerical duties including but not limited to permits, parking passes, and vehicle stickers.
Distinguishing CharacteristicsThis is the advanced journey level class. Positions at this level are distinguished from the Customer Service Representative II by possession of the ICC certification. Employees at this level are required to be fully trained in all procedures related to assigned area of responsibility and cross-trained as assigned with the other Customer Service Representative II’s in the Village.
