Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Oak Park, MI. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring clients' needs are met. Tasks will include coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, preparing reports and presentations, addressing client inquiries and issues, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
• Project Management and Organizational skills
• Technical knowledge or experience in engineering or related fields
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
