Rate of Pay: $13.35 per hour, no other benefits provided.

Oak Park and River Forest High School, or OPRF, is a comprehensive public high school located in Oak Park, IL, a suburb eight miles due west of downtown Chicago. We are a one-school district, with the majority of our students coming from two sender districts, River Forest Public Schools District 90 and Oak Park Elementary School District 97. We offer more than 200 courses, a variety of programs for students with special needs, 103 clubs and activities, and 34 competitive sports.

We prepare our students well for post-secondary success, with an average ACT composite score of 24 and a 96% graduation rate.

Provide support for events in performing arts spaces (Auditorium, Little Theater, Studio 200)

• Must have worked on at least one theatre production as a member of stage crew;
• Must have basic knowledge of audio mixers and lighting consoles;
• Must have basic knowledge of computers and AV Equipment;
• Must be a current student;
• Willing to work hard;
• Willing to learn;
• Must be able to work as a team player;
• Must provide great customer service;
• Must have good work ethic;
• Must maintain good attendance and meet the requirements of the work schedule.

• Set-up for events (microphones, projectors, lecterns, tables, chairs, risers, music stands, etc.);
• Operate the audio mixer and/or the lighting console;
• Operate cameras and record events as needed;
• Use software such as Qlab for audio playback;
• Assist with clean-up/strike at the conclusion of an event;
• Serve as an usher and scan tickets using the Ludus Mobile App as needed
