Position Summary
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan their short‑term and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan that includes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, as well as banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with clients' financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66) with a passing score on any missing series required within 60 days.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving whatever one sets its mind to.
- Builds and nurtures strong relationships.

- Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients.

- Incorporates relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term client strategies.
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.

Annual Salary: $70,000 – $80,000, with eligibility for a formulaic incentive plan. Benefits include industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and resources and support for employees.
