Shaker Recruitment Marketing’s Project Management team provides leadership and organization for all creative projects – from logo design to global websites. They kick them off. They put them to bed. They are the center of all creative activity. Project Management is a discipline as skilled and unique as creative and branding. They ensure exceptional creative is completed on time and on budget.
Each role on the project management team is critical to the team and agency’s success.
Responsibilities- Own delivery of all Career Website (CWS) projects from kickoff through launch across platforms such as Workday, Paradox, Phenom, iCIMS, and custom builds
- Map and manage all tasksrequiredfor successful project delivery across creative, development, client service, and partner teams
- Liaise with the resource coordinator, creative and account teams to deliver projects according to deadlines
- Serve as client contact in close collaboration with the client service and website vendor partner teams
- Lead technical discovery including job feed requirements, search configuration, and data mapping exercises
- Guide job feed integration, validation, and optimization to support a strong candidate experience
- Provide DNS instructions and support domain setup, launches, and troubleshooting
- Manage day-to-day project execution including timelines, scope, and deliverables across multiple active CWS projects
- Oversee and prioritize ongoing CWS maintenance, enhancements, and support requests
- Remain flexible and adjust project plans for a variety of project scopes and processes to meet the needs, goals, and deadlines of assigned projects
- Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency
- Flag immediately and appropriately when project needs or openings arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years managing website or digital platform projects across multiple stakeholders and systems
- 5+ years managing creative projects in collaboration with designers, copywriters, developers, and creative directors
- Strong understanding of job feeds, ATS integrations, and search functionality
- Experience working with CMS or platform-based sites such as Workday, Paradox, Phenom, or iCIMS preferred
- Working knowledge of DNS, domains, and core web fundamentals
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Word Press or similar CMS platforms
- Ability to translate technical concepts for both clients and creative teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving scopes and priorities
- Partner daily with designers, copywriters, developers, clients, and website vendor partners to move projects forward
- Build and manage project plans so teams are clear on expectations, timing, and dependencies
- Lead conversations around job feeds, integrations, and technical setup
- Review job feed structure and guide mapping to support search and UX
- Troubleshoot platform, DNS, and integration issues as they arise
- Oversee maintenance work streams and ensure updates are tracked and completed
- Keep projects on track by removing blockers and driving alignment across teams
