- Shifts available are 8's, 10's and a possibility of 12's.
- Call requirement includes no in-house call with no OB/Cardiac/Neuro coverage. Additionally, you are paid to carry your pager while on-call, and you are paid a call-rate if you are called in.
- As a faculty member, the CRNA will clinically educate as a preceptor for SRNAs.
- Illinois Nurse Educator Loan Repayment Program - $5,000 of loan forgiveness per year up to four years total.

- 457(b) plan open to CRNAs - this equates to an additional sum of tax-deferred savings equivalent and in addition to the yearly limit for your 403(b).
- Comprehensive medical, dental, disability, flex-spending, and vision benefits. Other benefits available such as parental leave and disability leave benefits, which would include 100% salary continuation immediately upon birth of your child or experiencing disability.
- $50,000 fertility benefit to cover fertility-related treatments
- 208 hours per year of paid time-off are offered to full-time CRNAs in addition to our 7 recognized paid holidays. Part-time CRNAs receive pro-rated time-off based on their FTE. All your hours are available to utilize once you start working – you do not have to accrue time.
- $2,000 per year for continuing medical education is available for CRNAs, as well as $1,500 every three years for maintenance of licenses and certifications in addition to one workweek off per year for seminars/professional meetings. Rush also hosts weekly grand rounds that count for one class 'A' CEU-free. Additionally, every day precepting an SRNA counts as a class 'B' credit.
- Provide anesthesia for a variety of cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- The CRNA will function as a faculty member and supervise SRNAs in the nurse anesthesia program.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Current IL RN/APN license.
- CPR and ACLS.
Pay Range: $250,000 - $350,000
