Housing Forward is seeking an Interim Housing Weekend Case Manager to support new intakes, assessments, service planning, and case management for homeless individuals and families. The role focuses on stabilization and developing individual housing plans.
This part-time weekend position (Saturday and Sunday 8:00am–4:00pm) also includes a weekday four-hour shift, documentation in HMIS and Salesforce, and coordination with internal programs.
