Work Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

Compensation: $19.03 per hour

• Sanitize and clean all restroom fixtures, restock supplies, collect trash, sweep and mop floors, and follow cross-contamination procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum office areas according to schedule and spot clean as needed.
• Clean halls and high-traffic areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning.
• Clean entrances and exits by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Empty trash receptacles in desks, lunchrooms, restrooms, and common areas, including recycling receptacles.
• Restock supplies daily.
• Dust surfaces, spot clean, and clean glass surfaces.
• Clean drinking fountains, locker rooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, and eating area appliances.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six (6) months of janitorial experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
• Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking, standing or sitting for several hours, climbing in/out of a vehicle, and up/down stairs.
• Perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods.

• A valid state driver's license is required; must obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.
• Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL

• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. Background check and E-Verify will be conducted.
