Every shift you work helps create cleaner, healthier, and safer environments for the people who use our clients' facilities each day.

Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities

Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas

Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners

Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and other essentials

Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment

Respond promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs

Follow all company safety procedures and client security protocols

Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients

Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently while meeting Clean Team's quality standards

Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management

Must be at least 18 years of age

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidates.
