Clean Team Company is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Commercial Cleaners at Oral Surgery Specialist of Tennessee
. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients, patients, and staff by performing a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is committed to providing exceptional service. Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid training for the right candidate.

Clean and maintain offices, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all floor surfaces

Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures

Restock restroom supplies as needed

Respond promptly to spills and special cleaning requests

Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products properly

Follow all company safety policies and client-specific procedures

Secure the facility upon completion of assigned duties when required

Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, and reaching throughout the shift

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
