Clean Team Company is looking for dependable and hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team in Oak Ridge, Tennessee!

This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial cleaning experience, but experience is not required

As a Commercial Cleaner, your responsibilities may include:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping assigned areas
• Keeping floors clean and presentable throughout the facility
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common spaces
• Emptying trash and recycling containers and replacing liners
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other cleaning supplies
• Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
• Responding to spills and other cleaning needs as they arise
• Following all safety procedures and client-specific requirements
• Completing assigned work thoroughly and efficiently
• Communicating supply needs or maintenance concerns to your supervisor
• Working independently while contributing to the success of the entire team

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Can work independently and stay focused on assigned tasks
• Pay attention to the details and care about doing the job right
• Are comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and remaining active throughout your shift
• Have previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience, although it is not required
