Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented House Keeper to join our assisted living and independent living community in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Location: Oak Ridge, TN 37830
Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed with attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and needs.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cleaning and safety.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in assisted living or healthcare settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
