This is a full-time, on-site Residential Maintenance Supervisor role located in Oakland, CA. The Residential Maintenance Supervisor will oversee property maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of facilities. Daily responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, performing equipment maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance, addressing maintenance and repair issues, and troubleshooting specialized systems and appliances. The selected candidate will prioritize maintaining high property standards and ensuring a safe living environment for residents.

• Strong supervisory skills with experience in team leadership and staff management
• Knowledge and expertise in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices
• Proficiency in performing maintenance and repair tasks, as well as identifying and addressing repair needs promptly
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of mechanical and technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using relevant tools, equipment, and maintenance software (if applicable)
• Previous experience in residential property maintenance or a related field is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
