Dad Services, Inc. is hiring a part-time Janitor in Oakland, Berkeley, and Richmond, CA.
This custodian position earns a competitive wage of $19.17 per hour. We provide excellent benefits, including life insurance and a retirement plan.
A Day in the Life of a JanitorAs a custodian, you play an essential role in providing janitorial work for our clients. You arrive at the assigned building ready to work with all necessary supplies and equipment. After inspecting the building, you sweep and mop the floors to remove debris. You prepare materials needed to clean all restrooms, wiping down toilets and sinks, and refilling soap and paper towels as needed.
At the end of your shift, you remove all trash from the building and insert new garbage bags. You arrive at each job ready to tackle any challenges that may arise.
- Location:
Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond (vehicle required) - Shift: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (5 hours)
- Days:
Monday and Thursday (2 days weekly) - Payrate: $19.17 per hour
- We pay mileage to each destination. Vehicle required for shift.
