Our client, a leading organization dedicated to serving senior citizens, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the property management team supporting daily maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Oakland, CA
Pay Range: $24.00/hr
Shift: 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?- Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of assigned properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unplanned events, demonstrating resourcefulness and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain indoor and outdoor environments.
- Assist in safety inspections and ensure compliance with property standards.
- Support the overall goal of providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with flexibility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
