OSI Industries, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper Maintenance Technician for an evening shift (six days, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) at our Oakland facility. The role covers general maintenance, custodial tasks, and carpentry along with routine upkeep of lights, exits, and outdoor areas.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred. The position is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities spanning daily, monthly, and as-needed tasks to maintain buildings and grounds.
