Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Human Good community is seeking a Maintenance team member to support a safe, well-maintained senior living environment. In this onsite role, you will perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance across resident apartments, common areas, and building systems. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, and supporting room turns and general facility upkeep. Working in a mission-driven, resident-focused setting, you'll collaborate with care and hospitality teams to ensure comfort, safety, and reliability for older adults while building a rewarding career in senior living.
