RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and keep interior and exterior common areas clean. The role includes custodial duties, grounds work, and basic landscaping, with on-call availability and swift completion of work orders.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in maintenance, a HS diploma or GED, and knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry and drywall. The position requires physical stamina and on-site work at the property.
