Housing Assistant - On Site, Part Time, Night Shift
The Housing Assistant will reside on the property and maintain staff presence when Housing Management Staff are not present. The main functions of this role are after-hours emergency response, grounds upkeep, custodial services, and communication with the Housing Program Manager on an as needed basis. The Housing Assistant is expected to maintain a professional and respectful manner while adhering to fair housing laws.
This role resides on site as part of the compensation package for this role.

Required Qualifications:
- Evidence of having worked with different age groups.
- Demonstrated application of hospitality skills in any service field.
