We are seeking aFine Dining Restaurant Supervisor who leads with composure, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead floor operations during service, ensuring YuLan SOPs are consistently followed
- Support all the team members and be aligned with the management team.
- Maintain a calm, elegant dining room atmosphere at all times
- Ensure staff use professional language and uphold YuLan service tone
- Oversee table maintenance, silent service standards, and reset procedures
- Assist with training new FOH team members on YuLan SOPs and service philosophy
Possess a working knowledge of the systems used within our company. A successful Manager will be proficient in the following:
- Opening and closing procedures
- Producing accurate monthly inventories
- Food knowledge(Knowledge of Chinese/ Asian food is preferred) & Beverage knowledge
- Open Table reservation system
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Previous Lead Server, Supervisor, or shift‑lead experience preferred
- Strong willingness to learn and execute fine dining service flow, wine knowledge, and beverage standards
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage and resolve guest or team concerns gracefully
- Calm, composed, and polished demeanor in high‑pressure service situations
- Ability to lead by example with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of or passion for Asian / Chinese food and beverage culture is an asset
