Morning Baker​/Production Leader

Tim Hortons at 345 Speers Rd, Oakville, ON is hiring a Morning Baker / Production Leader for early morning shifts starting at 3:30 AM.

As a production team member, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You take pride in producing quality finished bakery or menu items that guests come to enjoy and love. You assist in serving guests where necessary and respond to special guest requests in a friendly manner.

You follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment. You support a clean environment through regular clean up, maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company policy, minimize food waste, and maintain freshness of products.

We open every day at 6:00 AM and close at 11:00 PM. Bakers start their day at 3:30 AM. We are now accepting applications from candidates available for Morning Baker Shifts (8-hour shifts starting at 3:30 AM) with availability on both Weekdays and Weekends.
