In this position, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical oversight, ensuring that all facility operations meet rigorous health care standards. What

You’ll Do
  • Partner with internal teams on complex maintenance and repair efforts.
  • Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas. This includes HVAC units, Boilers, Cooling Towers, etc.
  • Review and assign work orders to team members. Directly complete ongoing preventive and repairs as needed.
  • Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts. Report on conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.
  • Complete Hazard Assessments. Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in the maintenance industry.
