Training pay range $16-$18

• Freedom and Independence: You’ll be on the road, independent, and taking ownership of your career. You’ll be the face of McCall in your local community, helping protect customers’ homes, businesses, and families from pests.

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of your Pest Control Service Route with strong time management.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your vehicle, to protect yourself and others.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Training pay $16-$18, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
