Exclusion Technician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations. Set up and build exclusion traps. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Respond to phone and in‑person service call requests on a timely basis. Contact customers to confirm scheduled services.
• Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through provided, paid training.

• Possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of exclusion/pest control.
• Comfortable with self‑directed working conditions after a training period.
• Carpentry experience/working with hand tools and power tools a plus.
