Exclusion Technician

• Exclusion Repair Specialists are responsible for repairs/modifications to dwellings to prevent rodents from entering.
• Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Set up and build exclusion traps.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
• Respond to phone and in‑person service call requests promptly.
• Contact customers to confirm scheduled services.
• Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through paid training.

• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in exclusion/pest control.
• Comfortable with self‑directed work after training.
• Carpentry experience or working with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
