Keep the community running in top-notch condition;
Maintain interior and exterior of buildings and grounds;
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment;
Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents;
Maintain communication with local fire marshal and building inspector
