Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shift available
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify low inventory machine parts
- Identify over stock machine parts
- Identify stocked hardware (nuts, bolts, & screws) for proper placement
- Identify missing or broken tools in storage containers for replacement
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure part availability for upcoming projects
- Assist production leadership in locating and distributing required supplies/tools during shift hours
- Report supply/tool shortages to supervisory
- Maintain inventory master list and verify parts locations are correctly listed
- Verify stock parts match demand levels and suggest adjustments accordingly
- Ensure received items match purchase orders
- Retrieve and process parts deliveries
- Comply with all safety policies and use appropriate PPE for each task.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No active Written Warning or Above Corrective Action (Current Team Members)
- Three (3) or more years of relevant industrial maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of experience, technical training, or certifications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, indoor/outdoor settings, and heights up to 50 feet.
- Basic computer and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of proper PPE use and safety practices.
- Proficient computer literacy
- Proficiency in Excel
- Willingness to learn new computer programs as needed
- Proficient knowledge of hand tool use
- Ability to read/interpret schematics
- Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) proficiency
- Must adhere to attendance policy
