• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• Ensure all areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards
• Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents and staff

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate attitude and respect for seniors
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability on some weekends
• Good communication skills and reliability
