The role also includes vehicle maintenance, fluid level checks, floor care, and moving office furniture. Requires high school diploma or GED and two years of maintenance experience; valid state driver's license and willingness to work outdoors daily. Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
