The Ocean City School District is accepting applications for the following position:
Custodian.

August 1, 2026.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and understanding of maintenance procedures for public buildings; mechanical skills.
- Positive attitude when interacting with children and staff; professional demeanor.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Possess or be eligible to possess a NJ Black Seal low-pressure boiler operator license.
- Ability to perform physical labor; lifting and carrying 50+ pounds; pushing and driving equipment including snow removal equipment; walking, climbing, bending, reaching, squatting.
- Knowledge of SDS guidelines for chemicals.
- Criminal History, HIB training and proof of New Jersey residency required by successful applicant.
