What You'll Do:
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility by dusting, wiping down, and sanitizing furniture, fixtures, hallways, and shared spaces
- Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linens to help keep all areas neat and orderly
- Clean, sanitize, and replenish restroom supplies as needed
- Support program and event needs by assisting with room preparation and furniture arrangements
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming deliveries when required
- Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation guidelines while using products safely and effectively
- Use commercial housekeeping equipment such as floor scrubbers, burnishers, and carpet extractors
- Complete routine and specialized floor maintenance, including buffing, waxing, stripping, and refinishing
- Collaborate with staff to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 18 years of age or older (required)
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting, janitorial role, or customer service role preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
