    - Friday 9am - 5pm or Monday

What You'll Do:
  • Perform general building maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair projects
  • Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Support preventative maintenance programs to help ensure equipment and building systems remain in good working condition
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and preventative maintenance documentation
  • Assist with ordering, organizing, and managing maintenance tools, supplies, and materials
  • Update and close work orders in the maintenance management system, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
  • Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and team members
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
