The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep and repair across the campus, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building systems.
This full-time role offers $17.49–$18.65 per hour, based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekend/holiday coverage, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to a safe, welcoming living environment.
