What You'll Do:
- Carry out routine upkeep and repair tasks throughout the community, including building systems, fixtures, and minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Address resident and departmental service requests promptly, delivering high-quality customer service and effective solutions
- Participate in scheduled maintenance activities designed to extend the life and reliability of equipment, mechanical systems, and facility assets
- Track maintenance activities by completing inspections, recording repairs, and maintaining detailed service documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate the purchase, storage, and distribution of maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies
- Manage assigned work orders from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are documented accurately within the maintenance tracking platform
- Contribute to a clean, secure, and welcoming living environment by identifying potential safety concerns and supporting overall facility appearance and operation
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least 2+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
