Perform general maintenance duties such as fixing wall coverings, fixing floor coverings, repairing furniture and fixtures, basic plumbing, minor electrical repairs, repairing appliances;
Assist with painting and refurbishing projects;
Conduct routine maintenance on Sunrise vehicles;
Maintain all tools and repair parts;
Participate in all fire drills and in the communitys disaster preparedness program
