Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and safety.;
Complete service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).;
Maintain make-ready units and repair/replace general fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, flooring.;
Clean and maintain exterior landscape and remove trash.;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
