Job Details
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 9-5:30pm
Pay: $20 hourly
Essential Responsibilities- Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
- Record missed and/or re‑delivery problems.
- Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
- Complete records for contractor settlement.
- Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to provide a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
- Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
- Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
- Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
- Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
- May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
- Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning the parking lot and entrance to the building.
- Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accuracy of ticket management system.
- Print accurate pick lists.
- Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.

- Basic knowledge of city and outlying areas
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ Years related experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to complete tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Sitting frequently

- Lift or move up to 100 pounds
- Usage of hands and fingers
- Reaching with hands and arms
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally

Competitive Pay Rate of $20 hourly
* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
