Location: Oceanside, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties:
- Assist the Facilities Manager with the daily maintenance and operation of credit union facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate special projects as directed by the Facilities Manager
- Maintain inventory of supplies and process departmental requisitions
- Assist with purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Oversee vendor maintenance personnel and support equipment installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and daily maintenance across multiple facilities and building systems
- Help ensure all buildings and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
- Perform general maintenance duties, including equipment and furniture installation and relocation
- Distribute U.S. mail and courier deliveries and maintain required mail and retention reports
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hands-on maintenance environment.
