Join our team as a Turf Equipment Operator and help maintain a world‑class golf performance and testing facility. In this hands‑on role, you'll operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment to keep facility grounds, greens, and surrounding areas in exceptional condition.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation support, landscape maintenance, fertilization, and general groundskeeping activities.

You’ll also assist with golf ball picking, cleaning, and sorting operations, perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment, and support facility setup for special events and special projects.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience; golf course or greens maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with landscaping, irrigation, planting, and general grounds maintenance practices.
• Proficiency using landscaping equipment and tools, including hand tools, powered hand tools, lawn mowers, and moving equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain turf and landscaping to high aesthetic standards.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a professional and welcoming environment.
